শরৎ হলো গ্রীষ্মের পরে বছরের সেই সময় যখন পৃথিবী শীতের জন্য প্রস্তুত হয়। ফল বা শরৎকালকে প্রায়ই অটাম বলা হয়। অটাম/শরৎকালে অনেক জায়গায় গাছের পাতার রং পাল্টে যায় এবং ঝরে পড়ে যায়।
Fall is the time of year after summer when the earth gets ready for winter. Fall is often called autumn. In many places, the leaves on trees change color and fall off the trees in autumn/fall.
