Preliminary field work at the Shale Hills CZO

My student, Lacey Pittman, and I went out the the Shale Hills CZO in March to collect some preliminary GPR data in preparation for field work this summer.  The goal is to determine how well 3D GPR can predict flow along the soil-bedrock interface.  A dye tracer will be introduced and then we will excavate to discover the true preferential flow paths.
