Shelby Guercio is a GIS Analyst at J&M Global Solutions, currently working with the Operational Data and Analytics (ODA) branch at the U.S. Health and Human Services (HHS) Administration for Strategic Preparedness and Response (ASPR). Prior to her contract at HHS, Shelby worked with the U.S. Small Business Administration to identify areas being undeserved by various COVID-19 relief loans. She holds a Professional Science Master’s in GIS and a Bachelor of Science in Geology, both from Temple University, and did her graduate capstone project on green stormwater infrastructure with the Philadelphia Water Department.


Christine Salvadore is a Senior Lead GIS Analyst with the City of Philadelphia. She is a member of the CityGeo team within the Office of Innovation & Technology, working on the Next Generation 911 project. She holds a Professional Science Master’s in Geographic Information Systems from Temple University and a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Studies from Temple University.


Claude Schrader is an Operations Engineer with Azavea, where he manages cloud infrastructure and geospatial databases, with forays into backend application development. Claude holds a Professional Science Master’s in Geographic Information Systems from Temple University, and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Drexel University. Claude serves as a board member of Arcadia Commons, a nonprofit formed to secure and protect healthy and safe green spaces in East Kensington


Julia Wolanski serves as a GIS Project Manager for Colliers Engineering & Design’s GIS & Asset Management Division.  Her responsibilities include working across multiple disciplines and client types to provide GIS based technology for data collection, data modeling, and asset management applications.   She is responsible for managing client GIS projects and participates in business development within the northeast region of the U.S. Additionally – Julia serves as a board member for MACURISA and is the founder and current organizer for Philadelphia Women in GIS. She is trained in Agile Project Management as well as the Scrum Project Management techniques and their adjacent software requirements.
