Terra Luke, Project Manager, City of Philadelphia
Terra Luke is a Project Manager with the City of Philadelphia’s Department of Public Property. Working with ESRI’s ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and AutoDesk’s AutoCAD, her position touches a variety of geographic aspects of the department’s real estate needs like streamlining processes and gathering accurate data. As a member of the City’s Racial Equity Cohort, she prioritizes justice and accessibility into geospatial projects and initiatives. She holds a Professional Science Master’s in Geographic Information Systems from Temple University and a dual major from Rowan University.
Anna Misciagna, GIS Analyst, Blue Raster
Anna Misciagna (née Wegbreit) is a GIS Analyst at Blue Raster. She holds a Professional Science Master’s degree in GIS from Temple University. Anna is a technical specialist in leveraging ArcGIS configurable applications to deliver user-centric and visually appealing tools with exceptional functionality. Prior to joining Blue Raster Anna was a GIS Specialist with Pennoni Associates, Inc., as an integral part of the Digital Solutions team, focused on providing technology solutions for clients and internal users.
Michael Robbins, GIS Programmer, Tesla Government, Inc
Michael Robbins is a GIS Programmer with Tesla Government (different Tesla), where he develops spatial data pipelines and creates interactive mapping products for the federal government. Since his start, he’s spearheaded automation projects and standardized the GIS department’s javascript repositories. Prior to Tesla Government, he served as the sole GIS person for the Great Neck Water Pollution Control District in Long island, NY. Michael holds a Professional Science Master’s in Geographic Information Systems from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science from Northeastern University.
