Grad student Jim Berglund and I are reviewing the groundwater model FEFLOW for use in his PhD research. We are looking for a code that does flow and transport in conduits, and FEFLOW has the added bonus of allowing heat conduction. We are interested in adding to the research on how temperature signals are transported through karst. The academic license looks appealing, and we are ready to take the code on a test drive after a visit from the vendor!
