Welcome!

Welcome to the Temple University Libraries blog Assessment on the Ground!

The purpose of this blog is to share stories of assessment conducted by library staff here at Temple. We hope to model best practices and also demonstrate the many ways and forms that assessment can take place in the library setting. It may relate to technical services and creating efficiencies there, or assessing effectiveness  in the public services realm. We may look at the user experience of our virtual or physical library spaces.

This blog is meant also to serve as a forum for sharing news of assessment practices at other academic libraries. The posts are intended to spark dialog at Temple University (and beyond) about current trends and best practices in library assessment.

Thanks in advance for your participation. Comments are turned on!
