ah Beganskas presented on our analysis of a network of temperature sensors in the Wissahickon. Statistics from the year-long data set show more vulnerability in to temperature variation in the headwaters and canopy rather than storms influences temperature excursions.
Grad student Ashleigh Kirker followed up on a data set collected by Liz Cushman (MS 2019) showing that runoff timing varies from storm to storm. Ashleigh is trying to develop techniques (reported elsewhere) to understand source area and timing.
