Graduate Students
Kalina graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 2012 with a B.A. in neuroscience and psychology. During her time as an undergraduate, she assisted on research examining the neural control of feeding behavior. Her senior honors thesis investigated the effect of leptin administration in the hindbrain on food intake. Her master’s project investigated parasympathetic nervous system activity in women with binge eating disorder, along with the effects of a negative mood induction on interpersonal problem solving. Kalina’s dissertation examined the neuropsychological functioning of overweight women with and without Binge-eating disorder. Kalina Eneva completed her clinical psychology PhD, with a specialization in neuroscience. She is completed internship at Miami Childrens, and is now a Neuropsychology Fellow at Nicklaus Children’s Health, pursuing her life’s dream of becoming a child neuropsychologist.
