Documentation has been added to the site to showcase the new Exceptions from the Audit feature that will be available to advisors following Monday’s DARS upgrade. With this new feature, exceptions are quicker to enter and more intuitive. Additionally, exception types have been upgraded – the RC exception has been replaced with the CP exception and the SC exception has been replaced with the CS exception, which is able to apply in multiple locations at once. All advisors are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the Exceptions from the Audit, as the existing exceptions portal channel will be phased out-of-use.

The new documentation can be found on the Resources page or here:

Audit Interpretation Guide Added

A new guide has been added to the site, replacing a former help page that was on the DARS site. It explains various indicators and codes that can appear on DARS audits, including Requirement and Subrequirement status indicators, course codes, special grades, and exception types. It is on the Resource page and is also viewable here:

Student Plan Report Launched

A new report has been created that allows advisors to see the contents of the Plans built by students in their school or college. It is a handy one-stop-shop for info about all student plans: Advisors are able to filter by semester, by student, by major, or by other attributes, and the report only has to be run once to get data for all of the school or college’s students, making it much faster than running individual students’ Plans.

Here is a link for advisors on how to access the Student Plan Report:
