Pulse Front Matching
Pulse-front tilting of signal pulses in a fs-pumped NOPA leads to spatio-temporal distortions.
Matching of the front of the pump beam with that of the seed beam excludes the problem of tilting, resulting in undistorted amplified signal pulses.
