E-IMPART: Enhancing Informed Decision-Making in Physicians and African American Patients on TGP Testing

This study will develop and test interventions for both oncologists and African American cancer patients on tumor genetic profile testing.

The goal of the study is to investigate the beliefs and perceptions of African American (AA) patients about Tumor Genomic Profiling (TGP) and the potential secondary hereditary risk information that may be found during assessing an electronic health decision support aid for patients, Gene Pilot, and a brief online training for physicians, Gene Pilot Pro.
