Are you an upper-division student interested in learning more about what it’s like to teach at the collegiate level? Thinking about going to grad school? Eager to develop a closer relationship with a faculty mentor? And do you have a 3.25 (or higher) GPA? Then consider applying to be a Diamond Peer Teacher for Spring 2024! Applications are now being accepted.
The Diamond Peer Teachers Program is a competitive program providing high-achieving juniors and seniors the opportunity to work closely with faculty mentors to provide 1-2 hours/week of supplemental instruction in lower-level and GenEd courses that they have taken before. Diamond Peer Teachers receive a $3,000 stipend and are enrolled in a 1-credit internship course.
