Important Information for Global Fusion 2022 Attendees

The organizing committee has shared some important information for in-person attendees. Please see below:

Dear Global Fusion 2022 Attendees:

As we complete our preparations for what is sure to be an exciting and intellectually stimulating weekend, we would like to share some important information with you to help you navigate the conference.

First, please be sure to review the conference program: LINK. We will be continuing to make updates to the digital version leading up to this weekend, so please refer to it for the most up-to-date information. Physical programs will be available at the conference site, as well as QR codes that you can use to access the digital version of the program on your device.

Please also review the guidelines for presenters and moderators if you have not already done so: LINK

For those who will be attending in-person, Temple has a campus map and self-guided walking tour available on the university website: LINK. The conference will take place in Charles Library (#22 on the map, no longer “under construction”) and Annenberg Hall (#7). Please refer to the program for the specific locations for each session. Please note that non-Temple affiliates will need a valid photo ID (driver’s license or passport) to enter these buildings.

For instructions on how to connect to Temple’s guest WiFi network for non-Temple affiliates, please visit this LINK. Note that you will need a device that can receive text messages in order to access the guest network.

Volunteers will be available on Friday afternoon and throughout most of the day on Saturday and Sunday to assist with check-in and on-site registration. Please refer to the program for exact times and locations. You will receive your name tag and a copy of the physical program upon checking in.

The city of Philadelphia is home to a vibrant arts, culture, and dining scene. The conference organizers have created a Dining Guide on the conference website (LINK) that attendees can use as a starting point to explore the many options available. We would encourage you to explore the rest of what our city has to offer as time allows!

If there is any additional information or questions you have regarding the conference, please contact the organizers at gfusion@temple.edu.

Very best,

Global Fusion 2022 Organizing Committee
