Registration

Conference participants can register through this link.

Early bird rates are available: Through September 9th, the cost for the full 3-day conference is $75 for students and $150 for faculty and postdocs. Following this date, registration will be $90 for students and $200 for faculty and postdocs (on-site registration will also be available at these higher rates). This fee gives you full access to all of the conference programming, a catered reception on Friday evening, and some on-site meals.

Registration will close on Monday, October 3 to ensure an accurate headcount for catering orders. On-site registration will be available; if you plan to register on site, please email gfusion@temple.edu by the registration deadline to ensure inclusion in the program.

This year’s conference will take place in-person. Requests to participate virtually will be granted on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to present virtually, please contact the organizers at gfusion@temple.edu to request approval PRIOR to registering. Please note that virtual presenters will need to pay the full registration fee and may not have access to all aspects of the conference.

All major credit cards are accepted. If you need to request an invoice or pay with an international bank wire, please contact gfusion@temple.edu prior to registering.

Temple Klein College graduate students may register free of charge. You will be provided a discount code in your acceptance email. Non-Temple students who use this code will have their registration voided.

Non-Temple affiliates will be required to create an account through Temple’s non-credit and continuing education programs system. Temple affiliates will be able to log in using the same credentials you would use for TUPortal.
