Room & Table Reservations


Room reservations and size of rooms will be assigned based on estimated member attendance reported via Suitable QR scans during SPO meetings. Make sure you are posting your events to Suitable and your members are scanning the QR codes during meetings!

Rooms booked for special events or joint meetings can be requested as needed through Jackie Arnold in the Dean’s office. Please contact Sarah or Caris with any questions.


To book a table in Alter Hall, please fill out this form. SPOs can only book one table and cannot be booked for more than three days at a time. Each SPO can have up to 10 tablings in a semester. 

Requests must be submitted at least two business days in advance of the event. Tables are booked first come, first serve. You will NOT receive an email confirmation after you fill out the form – the Enrollment Management office will contact you if there is any issue with your reservation. Otherwise, tables can be picked up in the Enrollment Management Office, Alter LL36 on the date and time you requested in the form.

If your SPO returns the table and chairs without cleaning them and/or does not alert the Enrollment Management front desk that the table has been returned, future tabling may be prohibited.
