Youth Cyber Hygiene and Security Training Program

We partner with the Juvenile Justice Center of Philadelphia and Institute for the Development of African-American Youth, Inc. (IDAAY) to provide cybersecurity and cyberhygiene awareness and training programming for youth!

We are celebrating our third cohort on Wednesday, November 20! We covered topics such as the dangers of texting, AI and the future of cybercrime, social media algorithms, and staying safe online. Each week students engaged in topic-specific content and hands-on activities. At the celebration ceremony, we will have a conversation about what youth learned during this 5-week programming and encourage open dialog in judgement-free spaces. Youth who completed this programming will also be awarded certificates and fun swag bags! And of course, there will be refreshments!
