There are thousands of books about the African-American experience. Thousands more about the Jewish-American experience. And it would take many lifetimes to read all that’s been written on the subject of baseball. But one fascinating story that until now has never been told begins at the point where those three topics intersect. This is the story told in my book, Out of Left Field: Jews and Black Baseball.
