Room & Table Reservations

Rooms

SPO weekly meeting rooms typically stay the same from semester to semester unless there is a conflict with the class schedule, which you will be notified of, or if you request a different room. Room size has been assigned to SPOs based on estimated member attendance reported via Suitable QR scans during meetings. Make sure you are posting your events to Suitable and your members are scanning the QR codes during meetings! See the Suitable tab of our website for more information on how to use Suitable.

Rooms for special events or joint meetings can typically be booked as needed with enough notice. Please contact Sarah or Caris with any questions.

Tables

To book a table and chairs in Alter Hall, please fill out this form. Tables can only be booked on weekdays from 8:30AM to 5PM. SPOs can only book one table at a time for no more than 3 days at a time. Each SPO can have up to 10 tablings in a semester.

Requests must be submitted at least two business days in advance of the event. Tables are booked first come, first serve.

You will NOT receive an email confirmation after you fill out the form – the Enrollment Management office will contact you if there is any issue with your reservation. Otherwise, tables can be picked up in the Enrollment Management office, Alter LL36 on the date and time you requested in the form.

All tables and chairs MUST be returned to the Enrollment Management office, Alter LL36.

Future tabling may be prohibited if your SPO does not return the table to the Enrollment Management office, does not alert the Enrollment Management front desk that the table has been returned, or returns the table and chairs without cleaning them.
