To book a table and chairs in Alter Hall, please fill out this form. Tables can only be checked out on weekdays from 8:30AM to 5PM. SPOs can only book one table at a time for no more than 3 days at a time. Each SPO can have up to 10 tablings in a semester.
Requests must be submitted at least 2 business days in advance of the event. Tables are booked first come, first serve.
You will NOT receive an email confirmation after you fill out the form – the Enrollment Management office will only contact you if there is any issue with your reservation. Otherwise, tables can be picked up in the Enrollment Management office, Alter LL36 on the date and time you requested in the form.
All tables and chairs MUST be returned to the Enrollment Management office, Alter LL36.
Future tabling may be prohibited if your SPO does not return the table and chairs to the Enrollment Management office, does not alert the Enrollment Management front desk that the table and chairs have been returned, or returns the table and chairs without cleaning them.
