Our mission
How can youth residing in underserved neighborhoods improve their chances for success? Do family, peers, and neighborhood play a role? What factors specific to youth lead to better psychosocial outcomes in these contexts? Under the direction of Deborah Drabick, this lab identifies factors associated with risk or resilience for emotional and behavioral problems among youth living in underserved communities. The lab provides interventions to help children improve their emotion regulation, problem-solving skills, and interpersonal behavior.
