Rachel Maddaluna has presented her research, “Mitigation of climate change and species loss through avoided deforestation” at the annual Biology Honors Poster Session. Throughout the two-hour session on April 27, 2012, Rachel shared her research, in which she identified global conservation priority sites for conservation through the use of GIS analysis of global datasets, to a constant stream of interested classmates, graduate students, postdocs, faculty, and other interested parties. Congratulations to Rachel on a job well done!
