Artistic Process, Artistic Progress: Sketchbooks from the Tyler School of Art March 23, 5:30 p.m., Paley Library Lecture Hall The Tyler Foundation Department and Temple University Libraries present an exploration of the foundations sketchbook—a unique documentation of artistic process and growth. This March 23 program is part of a series of events planned around the annual Foundation Lecture, given this year by comic artist Lynda Barry. These sketchbooks, like Barry’s recently published What it Is, explore materials, concepts and techniques through bright collage. Please join us for a discussion with students and faculty at Tyler as they share their artistic processes and insights.
