Agora on The Internationalists: How a Radical Plan to Outlaw War Remade the World (with Oona Hathaway and Scott Shapiro)

In summer 2018, Professor Dunoff organized an “Agora” on THE INTERNATIONALISTS: HOW A RADICAL PLAN TO OUTLAW WAR REMADE THE WORLD. The Agora included presentations by Tarak Barkawi (LSE), Oliver Diggelmann (University of Zurich), Andreas Follesdal (University of Oslo), Anna Geis (Helmust Schmidt University), Paolo Palchetti (University of Macerata), and Geir Ulfstein (University of Oslo), as well as a response by the book’s authors, Oona Hathaway and Scott Shapiro, of Yale Law School. The event, which was held in Berlin, was sponsored by Global Constitutionalism, and co-sponsored by PluriCourts, the WZB Center for Global Constitutionalism, and Cambridge University Press. Papers from the Agora will appear in an upcoming issue of Global Constitutionalism.
