The Structure of International Legal Argumentation
In spring 2016, the Carnell Chair co-sponsored a stimulating presentation by Jean d’Aspremont, Professor of Public International Law at the University of Manchester and co-founder and director of the Manchester International Law Centre. Professor d’Aspremont is General Editor of the Cambridge Studies in International and Comparative Law and director of the Oxford Database on International Organizations. He discussed a forthcoming monograph addressing the genealogical structure of international legal argumentation.
