The Emergency Permit allows you to begin teaching while working toward certification.

What You Need To Do:

• Apply through your school/district
• Submit required documents
• Coordinate with Temple Onboarding

Common Mistakes:

• Waiting too long to apply
• Not understanding expiration timelines – Emergency Permits ALWAYS expire on July 31st after the date received
