To be completed while working under your Emergency Permit:
- Complete Temple’s CTE Program Registration Application online
- Information needed for this step will be in your CTE Welcome Email. After submitting the CTE Program Registration application, you will be prompted to activate your Temple account
- Submit Clearances to Temple Online
- After activating your Temple account, follow the provided instructions to upload required clearances to the CEHD website
- Complete the Occupational Competency Assessment (OCA) Review or Credential Review Online
- Detailed application instructions will be provided and will require you to upload verification of 8,000 hours of wage-earning experience in your program area along with the application fee.
