  • Why she joined Eboard: “Being surrounded by other Muslims continues to encourage me to become a better Muslim myself. We are all brothers and sisters in Islam, and as a board member I want to help other people feel welcomed into our ever-growing MSA family! “

Bilal Chaudary – Treasurer

  • Hobbies: Traveling, Exploring Food, exercise and nutrition
  • Why he joined Eboard: “My favorite thing about the MSA is the sense of community provided for Muslim students coming to this school from all over.”
  • Fun Fact: “I’m left handed”

Abid Shaik – Secretary

  • Major/year: Neuroscience, Sophomore ’26
  • Hobbies: Basketball, trying out food, want to get better at photography
  • Why he joined Eboard: “I want to put my time and effort to create a positive impact in my community on whatever scale it may be.” 
  • Fun Fact: “I used to say I never broke a bone for my fun fact, but I broke my finger last summer.”

Saad Farooqui – Events Coordinator

Aleem Ahmed – Islamic Education Chair (Brothers)

Ibrahim Chatila – Islamic Education Chair (Brothers)

  • Major/year: Electrical engineering, Junior ’25  
  • Hobbies: Motorcycle riding, gym, and eating
  • Why he joined Eboard: “I hope to increase my knowledge and the knowledge of my peers in the Islamic knowledge because of the major importance of religion and keeping ties with this in a new environment for the Muslims.”
  • Fun fact: “If you remove part of your liver it can grow back on its own.”

Tasniem Abadallah – Islamic Education Chair (Sisters)

  • Why she joined Eboard: “I want to be able to create a positive welcoming environment for everyone to build a curiosity to learn more about Islam, despite their individual journeys.”

Sarah Maher – Social Media Chair

  • Hobbies: Baking, reading, photography and swimming
  • Favorite thing about MSA: “I love having a community of Muslims on campus that can relate to and uplift each other.”

Solikha Tulaganova – Graphic Designer

  • Major/year: Advertising, Sophomore ’26
  • Hobbies: Going on walks with my niece, listening to music/making playlists, hanging out with my friends
  • Why she joined Eboard and her favorite thing about MSA : “My favorite thing about MSA and why I joined Eboard are the same, it’s because I love being a part of a group of people that share the same beliefs as me and are a good influence for me.”
  • Fun fact: “I am learning Arabic at the moment in order to be able to read Quran.”

Aishah Nasir – STARS/Accessibility Coordinator

  • Major/year: Health Professions, Junior ’25
  • Hobbies: Hiking, cooking, and going to museums 
  • Why she joined Eboard: “I joined the MSA E-board as one of the greatest aspects of Islam is giving dawah. Temple MSA provides a safe space for Muslim students to incorporate the core values of Islam while seeking knowledge. Being able to be a part of the process of building unity amongst students by creating beneficial events is a great privilege. Additionally, from my personal experiences, Temple MSA is a comfortable reminder for me to adhere to my deen alongside my studies.”
  • Fun fact: “My favorite food is pizza with pineapple topping!”
