The position of Global Engagement Writing Intern will help with communications for the office of Global Engagement and its various units. This position is combined in-person/remote for about 5 hours/week at $11-13/hour.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Write features for our online magazine, Owltopia for students, faculty and staff. Writing should be well organized, use active voice and be on-brand. Maintaining our archive of stories about international students and alum published elsewhere.
REQUIREMENTS: Strong journalistic writer with some experience (please submit sample articles or portfolio); Interviewing skills; Interested in globalization and other cultures; High attention to detail; Photography skills and Journalism/English/Communications majors preferred
