We are now accepting applications for the 2025-2026 Student Advisory Committee for Education Abroad. This group of students will help support Education Abroad’s Mission, Vision and Values by providing suggestions, perspectives, and feedback on various aspects of Education Abroad’s operations and offerings.
Each semester, committee members will attend four, one-hour meetings. Members will be assigned activities as preparation for/follow-up to each meeting (approximately 30 minutes-1 hour per meeting).
Who: The committee will be made up of at least 12 undergraduate students. We seek students who reflect the breadth and diversity of student academic and personal interests, perspectives, needs, and experiences. Students who plan to or have already studied abroad, as well as students who do not plan to study abroad but who have an interest in global education. Students from each class level and from a variety of majors across Temple schools and colleges.
Student Advisory Committee members will be awarded an honorarium for their active involvement ($25 per meeting and associated activity), for a maximum of $100 per semester.
