The Siminoff Research Group for Informed Healthcare Decision Making and Effective Communication in the College of Public Health seeks an undergraduate research assistant (RA) to support research projects, including a study about organ donation among Black Americans funded by the Gift of Life Foundation.
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone pursuing a career in a health-related field, and the successful applicant will be trained in valuable qualitative research methods. Lab alumni have gone on to medical and dental school, clinical- and research-based doctoral programs, prestigious international fellowships, public health departments, and the private sector.
The pay rate for undergraduate research assistants starts at $15/hour. The actual hourly wage will be based on experience. This is not a work-study position, but all qualified students are welcome to apply.
