During this workshop we will explore the foundations of anti-racism and collectively imagine a more just and equitable society. Through interactive discussions, reflective exercises, and real-world applications, participants will deepen their understanding of systemic racism, privilege, and the role each of us plays in dismantling oppression.
This workshop will provide a space to:
Examine historical and contemporary structures of racial inequity Reflect on personal biases and the impact of privilege Develop actionable strategies for fostering racial justice in our communities Engage in open and meaningful dialogue with others committed to anti-racism
This workshop is presented by Temple IDEAL and will be facilitated by Heydy Martinez and Miracle Martin. We’ll have pizza for lunch, too!
