The MA in Urban Bioethics is a 32-credit degree program. Course descriptions are available on Temple’s Graduate Bulletin and you can learn more about our students, alumni, faculty, and staff on our program’s website.
Pincus Fellows will complete the degree over the course of two years through the following progression of requirements:
Each Fellow will progress through the same courses in the same sequence, but the individual experience of the fellowship will be customizable based on personal and professional interests and goals. Urban Bioethics faculty and staff offer workshops, presentations, and additional resources throughout the year to support students’ learning and growth.
The third year of the Fellowship will not include any coursework or registration, and will focus on supporting Fellows in reaching their individual goals for their project through activities such as conference presentations, submissions for publication, and applications for grant funding.
