The conference will take place at AVRA Imperial Hotel / Crete, Greece, which is located 15 miles west of Chania.
The conference activities will be held at the state of the art AVRA Imperial Hotel Conference Center.
A block of rooms at a special conference rate has been reserved at AVRA Imperial Hotel for the participants of the conference.
The negotiated rates for the ΝΦΦ-2020 participants are:
€ 130 /night single occupancy, halfboard
€ 160 /night double occupancy, halfboard
The rates include breakfast and dinner, as well as the full access to hotel facilities (spa, pools, gym, etc.). Please note that availability is limited to 50 rooms.

For conference participants that wish to make different accommodation arrangements there are plenty of choices in the area, as well as in the city of Chania (30 mins drive from the conference). Please note that Crete is a popular touristic destination and it is highly recommended that participants make their accommodation arrangements as soon as possible.
