The Multimodal Sensing and Imaging (MSI) Lab operates under the auspices of Temple University’s Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering. MSI Lab members pursue advanced research, analysis, and development in microwave, millimeter wave, and acoustic/ultrasonic modalities for a variety of defense and civilian applications. The focus is primarily on providing mathematical foundations and developing optimal and robust algorithmic solutions to pressing problems in the broad areas of multisensor signal processing and machine learning. These efforts are fully supported at each step by testing and validation using real data collected in the MSI Lab.
