Kristen is a licensed clinical psychologist and currently employed as a staff psychologist at the Edith Nourse Rogers Veterans Memorial Hospital (Bedford VA). She previously completed her doctoral psychology internship and subsequent post-doctoral residency at the Bedford VA from 2022 to 2024. Kristen graduated from Temple University with her Ph.D. in 2023, and from Brown University with her B.S. in 2015. Prior to joining the MAD Lab, Kristen worked as a full-time Research Assistant at Butler Hospital, where she managed several studies of novel risk factors for suicidal thoughts and behaviors. Kristen’s interests as a clinical psychologist involve the assessment and treatment of mood, anxiety, trauma-related, and personality disorders, as well as providing group and couple therapy. She also enjoys engaging in clinical supervision and program improvement efforts.
