Brogan DiGiacomo

Brogan DiGiacomo is a senior at Temple University, majoring in Psychology with a minor in Environmental Studies. The Mechanisms of Affective Dysregulation Laboratory is the first lab Brogan has been involved in. She hopes to obtain vital research experience that can be applied to her future career. She is primarily interested in the productivity and satisfaction of employees, and how varying factors can influence work relationships. With this, she aspires to improve the working environment of organizations. After earning her undergraduate degree, Brogan plans on furthering her education to receive her Master’s in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Following the completion of her master’s degree, Brogan hopes to join a doctoral program in IO Psychology to apply psychology to organizational situations.
