When a form is submitted, typically you will be notified via the notification system. If you need to review submissions outside of email, Gravity Forms collects all submissions within your WordPress admin dashboard.

In this article, we will show you how to review your Gravity Forms submissions, referred to as “Entries”.

  1. Go to your Dashboard
  2. Click forms. Under forms click Entries.
  3. You will be shown a list of entries to your form. If you are not seeing the entries for the form your looking for, you can change what form’s entries your are viewing by pressing the drop-down under the Gravity Forms logo on the top-left.
  4. Click on the entry and you will be able to read their responses to all sections of the form.

Filtering Form Submissions

When reviewing form submissions, it is also possible to filter them to get the exact data you’re looking for. This is especially helpful if you have a large number of submissions over time. To filter your submissions, simply access all submissions for your desired form, and use the drop-downs and text fields at the top right. Enter your filter options and press Search.
