The Electric Vehicle Safety Laboratory (EVSL) in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Temple University has multiple openings for doctoral graduate research assistants to conduct research in the area of electric vehicle safety.

The applicants are expected to have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or closely related field with strong background in structural mechanics, experimental techniques, and finite element methods.

Strong problem solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong communication skills are essential.
