Jianguo Wang
My name is Jianguo Wang and I came to the United States from China. I earned my Ph.D. in Electroanalytical chemistry at the Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry at the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2001. I have been serving as a professor within the College of Chemistry of Liaoning University in northeast China since 2003. My previous research experiences include work with electrochemistry of artificial bio-membranes, electrochemical behavior and the development of new electrochemical methods. I joined the Borguet Group as a visiting scholar at the end of May 2009. My research interest involved developing an approach to using carbon nanopipettes (CNP’s) to determine the buffer capacity of single cells.
