Jasmine Ratchford
Jasmine received her Ph.D. thesis on neutrino oscillations from the Unversity of Texas in Austin. She got married in August 2009 to another physics graduate student there. He works with quatum dots/lasers/AFM, so for Jasmine it’s nice to be able to understand one of those things relatively well. Jasmine currently works as a Research Staff Member at the Institute for Defense Analyses, Operational Evaluation Devision.
