Aurélie Chenel
Aurelie was a visiting student from Paris, France. After high school, she studied in CPGE (classes préparatoires aux grandes écoles), which is a 2-3 year class preparing for highly competitive national entrance examination to French ‘grandes écoles.’ She studied in the ENS de Cachan (Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan), one of only three institutes of higher education training students to become professors and researchers. In France, her major was chemistry.
She is really interested in physical chemistry. Before coming to the Borguet Group, she spent 4 months working in a theoretical research laboratory on coherent control of the photodissociation of the HeH+ system. She came to Philadelphia to get some experience about experimental research with lasers.
