Nayoung Ko, nayoung.ko@temple.edu
Nayoung was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea. After spending most of her childhood there, she moved to the United States at the age of 14. Prior to coming to Temple University, most of her time in the U.S. was spent in New York. After finishing middle school in Manhattan, Nayoung moved to upstate NY to attend The Masters High School.
Nayoung was a chemistry major in the accelerated pre-dental program. She always wanted to become a dentist and Temple University was a perfect fit for her pursuit of this career. She joined the Borguet group in the late Fall of 2021 to challenge her inquisitive knowledge and deepen her understanding of the chemistry field. She particularly studied the interaction between various gases and metal-organic framework (MOF).
