Frequently Asked Questions

  • Will there be a virtual presentation option?
    • No. We’re planning a primarily in-person event, and we are expecting all presenters to attend the conference in person.
  • How about virtual attendance?
    • Virtual attendees will be able to watch all presentations and discussions via live streaming. Be advised that the registration fees are the same for both in-person and virtual atteendees.
  • How many papers can I submit?
    • You can submit no more than one paper as a presenter and no more than two papers as authors.
  • When will I hear submission decisions?
    • Sometime mid-September
  • At what time will the conference conclude on December 16th?
    • We are planning a full-day event on December 16th, concluding at around 5 PM.
