Spencer Rand has been practicing law for over 25 years and has been with Temple Legal Aid Office since 2000. He focuses his work on representing low-income Philadelphians with HIV, Cancer, and/or physical disabilities. Sarah Katz has practiced family law in Philadelphia for ten years, first as a supervising attorney at the Family Advocacy Unit of Community Legal Services and since 2012 in the Temple Legal Aid Office.
