The Temple University Summer London program was designed to give students the experience of exploring London, the UK and other parts of Europe as they learned about British history, culture and mass media.  During the summer of 2008, the program was expanded to include study into media-based projects.  During the 5 weeks of class, students created 4 media projects organized around a weekly theme and using mobile media technology in their creation. 

In addition to personal cellphones and other hand-held devices, the students had access to RCA’s Small Wonder video camera and used Apple software in the creation of their projects.
