Brittney Thomas is an experienced policy and program management professional with a strong background in cybersecurity and team leadership. With expertise in operational and outreach effectiveness, she excels in developing collaborative partnerships and managing diverse teams. She has a proven track record of identifying operational gaps and creating practical solutions that connect strategic objectives with everyday operations.

As a Program Manager at the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Brittney managed large-scale cybersecurity training programs, streamlined internal processes to enhance efficiency, and currently leads the President’s Cup Cybersecurity Competition. She is skilled in project management and coordinating with various stakeholders, including high-ranking government officials and external agencies.
