ACCORD sponsors events to encourage more understanding among groups to foster “inclusivity,” and to generate specific prescriptions for changes in policy and practice to reduce ethnic/racial disparities as well as respond to inequality regarding gender, sexual identity, age, disability and a wide range of other identities.
