Writer/Director – Adam Gelb
Adam Gelb is an independent film director. Though maintaining a vested interest in film from a young age, he has only recently been able to realise his aspirations thanks to Temple U’s Film and Media Arts program. His experience includes an as-yet unreleased short film begun in high school and numerous projects in college. His most recent, On the Eve, he wrote, directed, shot and edited himself in the span of a month. Rasplata is his largest and most ambitious project to date

Executive Producer – Jackson Sweeney
Jackson Sweeney is an independent producer of film and media. His experience ranges from production management of the sketch comedy show Temple Smash, to fundraising and exhibition of the experimental short film To Keep Your Vital Organs Warm. He currently resides in Philadelphia, collaborating on a short interpersonal drama film titled Rasplata.
Editor – Raquel Davis
Raquel Davis is a junior in Temple University’s Film and Media Arts program working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in the Arts with a concentration in Post-Production. Throughout her 3 years at Temple, she has been honing her craft on various video editing softwares. She produced, directed, and edited a film titled “Hominids” which was selected to be screened at Temple University’s 2023 Women’s Film Festival. She was also the editor of a student project that focused on human behaviors titled “The Psyche” that was broadcasted on PhillyCAM. Outside of academia, she had a stint as an editor for a non-profit called Y Stem and Chess, an organization that teaches underserved children chess to empower them to pursue STEM majors/professions.
Cinematographer – Andrew Boehm
Andrew Boehm is a senior in Temple’s Cinematography BA program and the Director of Photography for Rasplata. His focus is on documentary filmmaking, nature cinematography and the music industry. He first started his career learning from experience; shooting freelance photography/videography for schools, small businesses, artists, and student organizations over the last 6 years. His project, “Big Sky Bread Company” was the recipient of the 2021 Best Documentary award at Diamond Screen Film Festival.
