Pathways for Equitable Computer Science Instruction
Providing access to equitable and inclusive computer science education for all K12 students is an important goal. Key to meeting that goal: providing teachers with the resources and foundation needed to incorporate computer science instruction in their classrooms.
The Pathways for Equitable Computer Science Instruction (PECSI) program provides support for teachers to develop their CS content knowledge, instructional practices, and curricular portfolios and to earn professional certification to teach CS in grades 7-12 in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania.
The PECSI Fellows program is supported in partnership by the College of Science and Technology at Temple University and the Montgomery County Intermediate Unit. This project is supported by NSF Grant Number CNS-2122510.
