Proposal Requirements

Programs should submit the following documents.  Academic units are encouraged to work through the incentive proposal attachments in the order listed.

  1. Market Research Questions
  2. Business Plan
  3. Online Program Support Questions

If submitted to Academic Affairs, Assessment and Institutional Research (AAAIR), please provide a copy of the “Establish an Academic Program” proposal (for new programs) or “Change an Academic Program” proposal. If not yet submitted to AAAIR, please provide a description of the program proposals that will need to be submitted.

Proposal Submission and Review

Proposals will be evaluated based on likely benefit to the school or college, or the university, including the potential for attracting new students and markets, revenue generation projections, quality of the academic program and program management plan, commitment of leadership and personnel, and reputation of the program.

Submission date for the first competitive round of funding is October 15, 2019.  Proposals should be submitted to the Office of Digital Education at onlineincentive@temple.edu.
