 ␣ Design and Kinematic and Dynamic and Control Analysis of a planar Microrobot with Piezoelectric Actuators.

The experimental setup utilized to validate the proposed dynamic model and to control the trajectory. This

project is divided into the following sections:

– Investigation of Nonlinear Vibration.

– Investigation of Nonlinear Control Strategy.
